1) Acceptance of these Terms

By using YOURVIEWS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) What the service does

YOURVIEWS is an onchain attention market. The service lets people publish Posts in communities, submit Takes, direct USDC Signal, and read Live Posts and Journal editions. Some actions require a wallet confirmation and an onchain transaction.

3) Wallets and onchain operations

• You use and manage your wallet independently. YOURVIEWS does not store your private keys or seed phrase.
• You are responsible for checking the selected network, wallet address, amount, and transaction details before confirmation.
• Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after they are successfully completed.
• The interface and your wallet may display Signal, payment, network gas, and third-party cost information before confirmation. Actual network costs can change.

4) Payments, Signal, and refunds

Paid actions may include publishing Posts, adding Signal, submitting Takes, creating communities or topics, and other protocol actions available in the service.

Signal is visible USDC financial attention. It is not automatic support for or endorsement of a Post or Take, and it does not guarantee approval, visibility, ranking, audience reach, Takes, Journal inclusion, financial return, or any specific outcome.

A successfully completed onchain action cannot be cancelled by YOURVIEWS after execution. Low reach, no Journal inclusion, a moderation decision, ranking changes, user regret, market outcome, or disagreement with another user do not by themselves reverse a completed protocol action.

Some failed or excess-funded protocol operations may create a refundable credit when that credit is recorded by the protocol. Its availability and amount depend on the recorded transaction state. Network gas and third-party costs are controlled by their respective networks or providers and are generally not recoverable from YOURVIEWS.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

5) X linking and name display

You may link an X (Twitter) account through OAuth so YOURVIEWS can display the linked X name, username, or profile image in the interface. This affects display only. Onchain actions remain associated with your wallet address. You can disconnect the linked X account from your wallet profile.

6) User content

• You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with applicable law.
• By publishing through the service, you allow YOURVIEWS to store, retrieve, process, and display the content as needed to operate the service.
• Content payloads may be stored through external storage systems, while hashes, references, or related actions may be recorded onchain.
• Published content may become public and may be difficult or impossible for YOURVIEWS to remove from blockchains or external storage systems. Hiding content in the interface does not erase the underlying public record.

7) Prohibited use

Fraud, scams, spam, manipulation, malware, phishing, attempts to bypass security or service restrictions, targeted abuse, unlawful content, and other unlawful activity are prohibited.

8) Moderation and access restrictions

YOURVIEWS may restrict access to the service or hide content from public views in response to rule violations, security risks, legal obligations, or operational requirements. Hiding content from the interface does not necessarily delete the related blockchain transaction, content hash, or external storage reference.

9) Service availability and third parties

The service is provided “as is”. YOURVIEWS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Wallets, blockchains, RPC providers, storage systems, social providers, and other third-party services may be unavailable, delayed, or changed outside YOURVIEWS' control.
